A Customer contacted us as his side panel had fallen off his scooter as he was riding i have added the before and after photos after everything redone and a few adjustments made.
Prime and Guide Coat – Etch primer, high build primer then guide coat ready to be sanded to remove all imperfections then colour to be applied
Ground coat and colour – Ground coat then pearl colour applied
Design and tape – Design process carried out with fine line tape
High solid clear – Final stage ultra high solid clear coat is applied
- Filler (if needed)
- Etch-primer
- Under seal
- High build primer
- Base/ground coat
- Additional base (if pearls)
- Acrylic airbrush paint (if custom job)
- Clear lacquer
